1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data obtained through the online store www.lxtargets.com (hereinafter: the "Online Store").
2. The owner of the Online Store and the data administrator at the same time is LUX-LIGHT Sp. z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Drawska 62, 78-300 Świdwin, NIP 6721688567, hereinafter referred to as LXTARGETS.COM.
3. LXTARGETS.COM takes special care to respect the privacy of customers visiting the Online Store.
§ 1 How do we collect data?
1. LXTARGETS.COM collects information on natural persons who perform legal transactions not directly related to their business, natural persons conducting business or professional activity on their own behalf and natural persons representing legal persons or organizational units that are not legal persons, to which the law grants legal capacity, conducting on your own behalf, business or professional activity, hereinafter jointly referred to as the Customers.
2. Customers' personal data is collected in the case of:
a) registering an account in the Online Store;
b) placing an order in the Online Store.
3. When registering an account in the Online Store, the Customer provides:
a) e-mail address.
4. When registering an account in the Online Store, the Customer independently sets an individual password to access his account. The customer may change the password at a later time, on the terms described in §4.
5. When placing an order in the Online Store, the Customer provides the following data:
a) e-mail address;
b) address details:
a. zip code/post code and city;
b. country (state);
c. street with house / flat number.
c) name and surname;
d) telephone number.
6. In the case of Entrepreneurs, the above scope of data is additionally extended by:
a) the Entrepreneur's company;
b) tax identification number.
7. When using the Store's Website, additional information may be downloaded, in particular: the IP address assigned to the Customer's computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, type of operating system.
8. Navigational data may also be collected from the Customers, including information about links and references in which they decide to click or other activities undertaken in our Online Store.
§ 2 How do we use the collected data?
1. In the case of registering an account in the Online Store, customer data is used to create an individual account and manage this account.
2. In the event of a purchase in the Online Store, personal data may be transferred, depending on the Customer's choice, to the following entities in order to deliver the ordered goods:
a) a courier company;
3. The navigation data may be used to provide customers with better service, statistical data analysis and adaptation of the Online Store to Customer preferences, as well as to administer the Online Store.
§ 3 Cookies mechanism, IP address
1. The Online Store uses small files called cookies. They are saved by LXTARGETS.COM on the end device of the person visiting the Online Store, if the web browser allows it. A cookie file usually contains the name of the domain it comes from, its "expiry time" and an individual, randomly selected number identifying this file. Information collected using this type of files helps to adjust the products offered by LXTARGETS.COM to the individual preferences and real needs of visitors to the Store. It also enables the development of general statistics of visits to the presented products in the Online Store.
2. LXTARGETS.COM uses two types of cookies:

a) authenticating the Customer in the Online Store and ensuring the Customer's session in the Online Store (after logging in), thanks to which the Customer does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Online Store;
b) analysis and research as well as audience audit, in particular to create anonymous statistics that help to understand how Customers use the Store's Website, which allows improving its structure and content.
4. The cookie mechanism is safe for the computers of the Online Store Customers. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software to enter the Customers' computers in this way. However, in their browsers, customers have the option to limit or disable the access of cookies to computers. 6. LXTARGETS.COM may collect clients' IP addresses. An IP address is a number assigned to the computer of a visitor to the Online Store by an internet service provider. 8. The Online Store contains links and references to other websites. LXTARGETS.COM is not responsible for the privacy protection rules applicable to them.
§ 4 Access to data and security
1. Personal data collected by LXTARGETS.COM via the Online Store are processed in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2016.922).
2. Only authorized employees of LXTARGETS.COM have access to the personal data of Customers collected via the Online Store.
3. Customers' personal data may be transferred to other subjects on the basis of legal provisions or consent expressed by the Customer. The list of subjects mentioned in the previous sentence is provided in the section: "How do we use the collected data?".
4. LXTARGETS.COM provides Customers who have an account with uninterrupted access to their personal data and the possibility of modifying them at any time. Access and modification of personal data is possible after logging into the account in the Online Store.
5. The customer has the option of removing personal data from the data set. LXTARGETS.COM may refuse to delete the Customer's data if the Customer has violated the regulations in forced in the Online Store, and the data retention is necessary to clarify these circumstances and establish liability, and in particular to investigate claims by LXTARGETS.COM from a given Customer.
6. If the Customer who has an account in the Online Store has lost the access password in any way, the Online Store allows you to generate a new password through the appropriate form visible at logging in. The password is stored in the database in an encrypted form that makes it impossible to read.
7. LXTARGETS.COM never sends any correspondence, including electronic correspondence with a request for login details, in particular the access password to the Customer's account.
§ 5 Changes to the Privacy Policy
1. The Privacy Policy may change, LXTARGETS.COM will inform Clients 7 days in advance.
